The new car park provided is in the village of Arddleen and has been described by the Community Council as “A huge benefit to the community, especially for parents dropping off their children at the village primary school where, previously, there was only roadside parking.”
Primesave have provided the land and funded the construction of the 22-space car park which is adjacent to their recently completed Cae Heulog development. A fund has also been provided to help with the initial maintenance costs.
Members of the Community Council attended the handover, shown in the photograph on the day are Keri Negron-Jennings, Managing Director of Primesave shaking hands with County Councillor Lucy Roberts. Local Councillors Primrose Jones, Jennifer Noblet and Stella Townsend and Clerk to Llandrinio & Arddleen Community Council, Carol Davies.
In addition to the new village car park, Primesave has also built four homes on the Cae Heulog development which were exclusively for local first-time buyers. As a developer with a focus on building in smaller communities, Primesave is delighted to play its part in improving local facilities and providing opportunities for local buyers.
